Loving- Kindness

                       Unit 4 Loving-Kindness

Through my own experience: From the introduction, as Dacher began to speak you are in a conscious and calm mind and body, as you view the array of images on the computer monitor.  Following the instructions of the Loving-kindness mp3 I was lead to a state of meditation.  In this meditation I can not confer upon what occurred with the exception of a lucid state of consciousness.  This may work differently for various people as our minds have been trained in different ways.  I have be trained to meditation in a way that noise is blocked out and one is dimensional, or rather in another place, breathing has slowed to 2 to 3 breaths per minute and it may continue for hours.
My memory of the young woman’s voice at some point became very vivid and all together disappeared.  The exercise was beneficial to me, at that time I had taken many test and needed to stop and relax my mind and spirit.  The recommendation of Loving-kindness is one that should be recognized to any and everyone; I recommend it as a part of healing and feeling.
The concept grows from Loving-Kindness and that enduring well-being requires a diminished focus on ones self.  Also, the subtle mind and wisdom; as it relates to ever growing knowledge and learning to still the mind, to allow us to train and tame the mind, open the heart, expand consciousness, and progress toward psychospiritual flourishing.  It is ask that you start a few minutes per day, a certain time of day, best in the morning, be in your home, be private; conductive to silence, and comfortable.  Research has indicated that” mental workout” has effects on our hormonal and immune system.  Namaste to my Professor and classmates.

Unit 3 Holistic Personal Inventory

                   Unit 3- Holistic Personal Inventory

Physical Wellness- It was my physical wellness that first drew me into the holistic approach to healing of the mind body and spirit.  For almost 20 years it has been my best thought in theory this is the best form of healing practice. Since it covers the mind working in a natural sense.

Spiritual Wellness-  My total belief in God above and full trust in him is what I count on daily to get me through every moment of everyday. When storms arise I give them over to God in prayer and forget about them. The theory "Let go and let God" is how I practice and address stressful issues.

Psychological Wellness-  Every now and then I check in with my shrink to make sure that I am still good and sufficient in thoughts.

        Part 2

Physical Goals- Keep on my exercise program and continue to eat right.

Spiritual Goals-  Keep walking with God and never stray.

Psychological Goals- Keep life moving in a positive direction.

      Part 3
Personally, I need to be more interactive within the human race as a whole. I am one person that has the ability to change things, however people are power.

Reflections

Change
I am by far not who I use to be, somehow I feel that I am much better, wiser, and stronger today.  The spirit inside of me has come full circle and grown to touch those beside, around, and alongside of me.  Some see this as a light given to me as grace, a spirit given in the face of many storms past over.  Whatever it may be, I know this life to be my playgroung of joy, peace, and gratefulness. Namaste
I plan to comment on my classmates blogs by simply pressing comment signing in and posting my comment.  I wish you all peace, love, happiness, joy and among all things everlasting life.
